2. Each camper must bring a ball or the official Adidas
    camp ball may be purchased for $30 at Registration.

    1. Complete the application and parental consent form, mail
         it along with a nonrefundable $100 deposit.
    2. Teams please send deposits as a group, or contact the soccer
        office at (609) 771-3155 for a roster and more information.
    3. Team discounts available.

    PHYSICAL - CAMP INSURANCE
    Although no physical examination is required, each camper must have a
    completed parental consent form on file with the camp. No camper will be
    allowed to participate without a completed application and consent form.

    OVERNIGHT CAMPERS - WHAT TO BRING
    Campers should bring a pillow, towels, sheets, pillow case, washcloths, fan
    soap, toiletry articles, bathing suit, blanket, sneakers, alarm clock, T-shirts,     soccer gear for the week. Soccer shoes should be broken in before camp since     new shoes will cause blisters. Molded shoes and flats (sambas) are recommended     for our playing field.

    OVERNIGHT CAMPS - CHECK IN/OUT
    All sessions should report to Decker Residence Hall , Sunday for registration     between 11:00 am -1:00 pm. Check out is Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
    Note your roommate request on your application.

    CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    Your canceled check confirms your enrollment in camp.
